Role Overview

Delivery Hero is hiring a Director, International Markets to join the International Markets team. This role is central to shaping strategy across global markets and driving initiatives that improve value, profitability, and growth. You will work closely with regional and central leadership and help steer priorities, resource allocation, and execution across the business.

What the Team Does

• Turns Delivery Hero’s strategy into action across more than 70 markets, while incorporating local market input into global planning
• Supports portfolio and P&L decisions at both global and regional levels, ensuring commercial strategy and financial performance stay aligned
• Leads value-creation and performance-improvement work with a consultative, hands-on style
• Acts as a major link between headquarters and regional and local leadership teams

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with C-level leaders and the wider global management team at the Berlin headquarters to define strategy and ensure strong execution globally and regionally
• Work with stakeholders across HQ, regional teams, and local markets on operational and financial improvement initiatives
• Identify, gather, and spread best practices from Delivery Hero’s businesses across 70+ countries, then support their rollout
• Convert data into practical insights and prepare recommendations for key decision-makers on important business topics

Required Background

• At least 8 years of professional experience outside internships and traineeships in management consulting, investment banking, or business development/strategy within a fast-moving tech company
• At least 3 years of that experience must come from a top-tier global management consulting firm
• Strong ability to build complex business and financial models and use data plus sound judgment to guide decisions
• Excellent communication skills, with English as the primary business language
• Proven experience influencing C-level executives
• Ability to develop trusted relationships with people across seniority levels and diverse cultural and functional backgrounds
• Ownership mindset and a willingness to be practical, proactive, and hands-on

Additional Information

The role follows a hybrid setup, with in-person collaboration at the Berlin campus two days per week. Delivery Hero offers 27 days of holiday, plus an additional day in the second and third year of service.
