- Balance team workload during spikes in demand, coverage gaps, and urgent matters while keeping the team engaged.
- Coach HRBPs to set priorities effectively and balance enterprise-wide consistency with business-unit needs, regional variation, and practical manager support.
- Strengthen consistency through recurring team rhythms, calibration, knowledge exchange, and shared judgment standards.
- Develop trusted relationships that help influence decisions affecting the business and employees.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to design, improve, and scale HR processes.
- Spot opportunities to streamline talent processes such as annual reviews, engagement surveys, employee relations, and performance management.
- Lead the team to provide timely, accurate service while continuously raising performance standards.
- Ensure service level commitments are met and that stakeholders across functions and geographies receive a strong experience.
- Model LinkedIn’s mission, values, culture, and leadership expectations for the team.
- Make sure all activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, internal policies, and procedures.
