About the Role
A partner company seeks a Director of Growth Marketing based in the United States to spearhead initiatives that drive customer acquisition, pipeline development, and revenue growth across multiple brands. This leadership role requires strategic planning, data-driven decision-making, and close collaboration with sales, product marketing, creative, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement annual and quarterly growth marketing plans connected to revenue objectives.
- Identify new market prospects, customer segments, and opportunities to enhance acquisition and pipeline volume.
- Manage marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline objectives, optimizing campaign outcomes across the customer journey.
- Develop, launch, and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across varied channels to boost engagement and conversions.
- Evaluate funnel metrics to pinpoint conversion challenges and deploy improvements to accelerate pipeline progression and marketing efficiency.
- Work closely with Sales and SDR leadership to improve lead qualification, management, and handover processes.

- Lead and mentor the Growth Marketing team by setting clear goals, encouraging accountability, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous optimization.

- Track critical performance indicators and provide actionable insights to senior executives to guide strategic planning.
Candidate Profile
- Over 7 years of experience in B2B marketing with a focus on growth, demand generation, or revenue marketing.
- At least 3 years in a leadership role managing marketing teams.
- Proven track record in driving qualified pipeline growth and achieving measurable revenue results.
- Expertise in crafting and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong collaboration skills across Sales, SDR, Product Marketing, Creative, and Marketing Operations teams.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data interpretation and optimizing marketing outcomes.
