Role Summary

We are seeking a Director of Growth Initiatives who excels at transforming innovative concepts into impactful results. This role offers direct collaboration with the executive leadership team and exposure across operations, partnerships, finance, clinical programs, and product areas. The successful candidate will lead initiatives from conception to launch, identifying transformative opportunities and driving organizational change.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with senior leaders including the CEO, Chief Business Officer, COO, Chief Medical Officer, and SVP of Product.
• Manage the end-to-end process of launching new growth projects, including discovery, business planning, solution design, standard operating procedures, training, and operational transition to pharmacy and clinical teams.
• Analyze data extensively to evaluate initiative effectiveness, communicate insights clearly to stakeholders, and proactively identify critical questions to explore.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to prioritize feature enhancements for internal applications and oversee their rollout and adoption.
• Support leadership in developing partnership frameworks, financial models, contracts, and scalable program strategies.
• Facilitate cross-department collaboration by convening teams and leveraging organizational knowledge to address complex challenges.
• Lead strategic, complex projects that span technology, pharmacy, clinical operations, partnerships, and patient experience while ensuring minimal disruption.
• Assist leadership in meeting preparations, including material collection, agenda setting, and tracking follow-up actions.
• Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive organizational information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees such as MBA, MPH, or MHA are preferred but not mandatory.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in top-tier consulting or a dynamic growth environment with a proven record of managing complex projects in uncertain conditions.
• Exceptional problem-structuring abilities, framework development, and communication skills with senior executives.
• Keen attention to detail with the capacity to design operational tools and processes to enhance transparency and accountability.
• Preferred experience includes product management and knowledge of healthcare, partnerships, or program development.
• Strong team orientation, willingness to be hands-on, and commitment to driving outcomes.
