About the Role

This position leads Crocs’ digital commerce business across Southeast Asia, covering the brand’s own e-commerce site, online marketplaces, and distributor-managed digital channels. It carries full profit-and-loss ownership for the region and is focused on building growth plans that increase revenue, expand brand visibility, and improve the customer journey across markets at different stages of development. As part of the Asia Digital Leadership Team, the role works with global, regional, and local partners to support digital transformation, create scalable capabilities, and accelerate growth across SEA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of digital commerce results, including growth in revenue, profitability, and share of market across direct markets such as Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines, as well as distributor-led markets including Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.
  • Create and execute the overall commercial plan spanning pricing, promotions, product assortment, sales channels, digital marketing, customer experience, and brand execution.
  • Manage relationships with marketplace partners and secure the resources needed to support performance.
  • Oversee key operational enablers such as site operations, catalog and pricing management, and category coordination to ensure efficient execution and growth.
  • Coordinate an integrated operating model with internal local, regional, and global teams, along with external partners such as marketplaces, enablers, and agencies.
  • Position crocs.com as a leading brand and commerce destination with strong emphasis on conversion, storytelling, and a better consumer experience.
  • Develop a channel strategy for marketplace and e-tail partners, with clear segmentation across storefronts.
  • Shape and influence global, regional, and local commercial priorities while bringing in proven practices from other markets.
  • Build an inclusive, high-performing digital team across multiple countries and strengthen team capability through mentoring, development, communication, and performance management.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in business or a closely related discipline is required.
  • At least 15 years of overall professional experience, including 5 to 10 years in digital commerce leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated success managing P&L and scaling digital businesses across Southeast Asia.
  • Strong background in both owned e-commerce and third-party marketplace environments.
  • Experience in distributor-led markets is strongly preferred.
  • Prior work experience in Singapore or another regional hub is an advantage.
  • Strong commercial judgment with the ability to grow revenue and improve profitability.
  • Solid understanding of marketplace ecosystems and digital marketing drivers in SEA.
  • Ability to perform well in a fast-moving, matrixed, and multicultural environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing ability across global, regional, and local teams.
  • Highly analytical, customer-focused, and results-oriented.
  • Leadership presence with the ability to motivate and align diverse teams.
