Overview
Reporting to the VP, Head of Corporate Strategy, this leadership position is based in London and is part of Adobe's Strategy, Development & Incubator (SDI) business unit. The Corporate Strategy team partners closely with Adobe's senior leadership to drive growth across key audiences including Business Professionals & Consumers, Creators & Creative Professionals, and Marketing Professionals. The team has contributed to major strategic shifts such as Adobe's cloud migration and digital marketing expansion, underpinning the company's mission to empower everyone to create.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the establishment of Adobe’s Corporate Strategy presence in the EMEA region, spearheading initiatives to support sustained growth in this important international market.
- Oversee a high-performing team managing multiple strategic projects and cultivating strong relationships with senior executives throughout the organization.
- Drive and execute the comprehensive strategic agenda for EMEA, translating complex business challenges into actionable insights and securing consensus among top leadership.
- Collaborate within a dynamic, entrepreneurial team composed of former management consultants and experts in digital media and marketing.
Qualifications & Experience
- Over 10 years of progressive professional experience with a track record in driving transformative change.
- At least 4 years in a leading management consulting firm (such as McKinsey, Bain, or BCG), managing sophisticated strategy initiatives.
- Experience with Consumer Technology or Enterprise SaaS projects, demonstrating knowledge of software, digital marketing, or digital media industries is highly preferred.
- Preferred: Minimum 2 years in a senior role at a major technology company (examples include Google, Meta, Amazon, Microsoft, Apple, Salesforce, Spotify, Adyen, Klarna, Revolut).
- Educational credentials include top-tier undergraduate and master's degrees; MBA preferred.
- Strong analytical abilities with meticulous attention to detail while maintaining strategic perspective.
- Excellent communication skills with proven ability to present confidently to senior executives.
- Creative problem-solving mindset combined with a proactive, action-oriented approach.
- Collaborative leadership style that fosters constructive debate and positive team dynamics to achieve optimal outcomes.
