- Maintain quality assurance expectations across account activity and operational output.
- Work with internal groups and outside stakeholders to resolve client and payer escalations while preserving strong working relationships.
- Study AR data, identify the causes of delays, and put corrective actions in place to improve financial results.

- Lead improvement projects and operational initiatives that optimize resources and support long-term performance gains.
Requirements
- Substantial experience in accounts receivable leadership, healthcare revenue cycle operations, or a similar financial services setting.
- Proven track record of managing teams, building talent, and creating a culture centered on accountability and continuous improvement.
- Strong grasp of AR workflows, account resolution methods, payer communication, and revenue cycle KPIs.
- Ability to interpret operational data, recognize trends, and implement practical fixes that improve speed and accuracy.
- Well-developed leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence both teams and senior partners.
- Sound judgment with experience weighing options, solving problems, and delivering outcomes.
- Capability to delegate effectively while still owning strategic results.
- Experience leading programs, projects, and process improvement work from planning through execution.
- Commitment to an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance team culture.
Benefits
