Digital Transformation Manager / Transformation Consultant / Business Transformation Director

Role Overview

We are in search of a forward-thinking and strategic Digital Transformation Manager or Business Transformation Director to lead and execute comprehensive business and digital change initiatives across the enterprise. This role demands ownership over modernizing operating models, transitioning legacy workflows into digital processes, and deploying up-to-date technology platforms aimed at enhancing organizational efficiency, customer experience, and commercial success.

The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, including C-suite stakeholders, diagnosing structural inefficiencies, analyzing market trends, and crafting long-term digital transformation plans. Your responsibilities will encompass translating broad business strategies into prioritized, executable portfolios involving digital capabilities such as Cloud, Automation/RPA, AI/Analytics, and ERP/CRM systems. You will lead cross-disciplinary teams throughout project lifecycles, implement governance for transformation initiatives, measure investment returns, and develop change management programs to foster cultural readiness and digital adoption at all organizational levels.

Key Qualifications

• Possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in fields like Business Administration, Information Systems, Innovation Management, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or similar; advanced degrees (MBA or Master’s) preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in leading or consulting on large-scale business transformations, including digital modernization, redesign of operating models, and technology integrations within complex organizations.
• Track record in conducting organizational maturity assessments, creating multi-year digital roadmaps, and managing portfolios of projects aligned with profit and operational metrics.
• Well-versed in modern digital platforms such as ERP (SAP, Workday, NetSuite), CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), cloud infrastructure, robotic process automation, and enterprise data/AI ecosystems.
• Advanced skills in business process re-engineering, utilizing diagnostic techniques, Value Stream Mapping, Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, and designing target operating models to remove inefficiencies and increase throughput.
• Deep knowledge of change management frameworks including Prosci/ADKAR and Kotter models, with a successful history of managing resistance, crafting communication strategies, and embedding cultures of continuous improvement.
• Strong consultative capabilities and proven ability to influence senior executives, reconcile competing priorities, and lead high-impact advisory sessions.
• Competence in financial analysis, including business case development, total cost of ownership modeling, key performance indicator establishment, and post-implementation ROI audits.
• Experienced in hybrid program delivery methods (Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall) and familiar with tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and Asana to maintain project governance, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery.
