Key Responsibilities

You will take an active role in the deployment and continuous improvement of the Patient Engagement Portal, collaborating closely with clinical and operational personnel to facilitate implementation, promote user adoption, and standardize best practices. Duties include providing helpdesk and on-site support, aiding system maintenance, ensuring data accuracy, testing upgrades, and serving as a crucial intermediary among end-users, project teams, and technical staff. Additionally, you will identify training needs, create engaging educational resources, and deliver training via a multimedia approach.

Additional Role Functions

This role supports the Patient Engagement Portal Systems Manager, Senior Systems Officer, and wider project members.
