You will help improve online visibility, strengthen search performance, and refine both paid and organic activity across several digital channels. Sitting at the intersection of SEO, content, and performance marketing, this position calls for someone who can combine creativity with data to produce measurable commercial outcomes. You will work closely with colleagues across functions to build and run strategies that support brand growth and acquisition performance.

Accountabilities

  • Create and deliver digital marketing plans spanning SEO, content marketing, and paid media to increase traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Improve website performance and search rankings through technical SEO, keyword analysis, and content enhancements.
  • Track, review, and interpret campaign results using analytics platforms, then turn findings into practical reports and recommendations tied to key KPIs.
  • Partner with content, product, and development teams to ensure SEO requirements are embedded across digital properties.
  • Set up and manage tracking, tagging, and reporting systems using tools including Google Tag Manager and GA4.
  • Assist with maintaining and optimizing content inside enterprise CMS platforms so it remains consistent and aligned with performance goals.
  • Carry out competitor benchmarking and market research on an ongoing basis to uncover growth areas and new trends.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Systems, or a similar discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 5 years of direct digital marketing experience in a large agency or enterprise environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and paid media campaigns.
  • Comfort using analytics and SEO platforms such as GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
  • Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and technical SEO fundamentals.
  • Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio, plus familiarity with Power BI.
  • Practical experience managing content in enterprise CMS platforms such as WordPress, Umbraco, Kentico, Joomla, or comparable systems.
  • Strong ability to interpret data and convert it into clear, actionable marketing insights.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with strong attention to detail and a focus on results.

Benefits

  • Chance to contribute to high-impact, data-led digital marketing initiatives.
  • Exposure to enterprise-grade marketing tools, platforms, and analytics environments.
  • A collaborative workplace that moves quickly and values initiative.
  • Opportunities to build skills and continue learning in digital marketing.
  • Involvement in cross-functional work across SEO, content, and performance marketing.
  • A flexible, dynamic culture that emphasizes innovation and measurable results.
