About the Opportunity
This role is with a rapidly expanding IT services company serving clients throughout Saudi Arabia. The business delivers modern digital transformation solutions, including cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and AI-led automation, for organizations in finance, healthcare, and government. The team is looking for a highly analytical digital marketer to help grow the brand, generate leads, and speed up the sales pipeline through data-led campaigns and conversion-focused execution.
Role and Responsibilities
- Set up, manage, and continuously improve result-oriented campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms to bring in qualified leads for IT services.
- Develop and refine SEO and SEM initiatives to improve visibility for high-intent B2B search terms connected to cloud, cybersecurity, and enterprise software.
- Create and automate email nurture journeys through HubSpot or Mailchimp to move prospects from first touch to demo requests.
- Partner with sales and product teams to align messaging, create landing pages that convert well, and test different CTAs, ad creatives, and offer formats.
- Monitor performance indicators such as CPL, ROAS, CAC, and LTV using GA4, Looker Studio, and CRM dashboards, then share insights and rebalance budgets on a weekly basis.
- Launch account-based marketing campaigns aimed at priority accounts through LinkedIn Ads, intent signals, and personalized content paths.
Skills and Qualifications
The role calls for hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz, GA4, HubSpot, Looker Studio, and UTM tagging. Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot CRM, marketing automation platforms such as Marketo or Pardot, and prior exposure to B2B SaaS or IT services would be an advantage.
