Role overview
We are hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for a full-time, on-site position. The main purpose of this role is to design, run, and continuously improve digital campaigns across multiple channels so the brand becomes more visible, reaches more potential customers, and delivers stronger marketing results to support business growth.
Core responsibilities
- Create and execute marketing plans across social media, search engines, and email channels.
- Plan, manage, and improve paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Review platform performance and interpret data through analytics tools.
- Work closely with the content and design teams to ensure marketing materials are aligned and effective.
- Apply SEO practices to raise website visibility and improve search rankings.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare regular reports on campaign outcomes and improvement areas.
- Study market movements and competitor activity to spot opportunities and shape marketing strategy.
- Maintain customer databases for email marketing and run targeted email campaigns.
- Help strengthen the company’s digital presence and brand identity online.
- Experiment with landing pages and optimize them to improve conversion rates.
- Keep up with current digital marketing trends, platforms, tools, and advertising technologies.
Qualifications and requirements
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a closely related discipline.
- Between 3 and 5 years of experience in digital marketing or advertising management.
- Hands-on familiarity with analytics and advertising platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, and SEO tools like Ahrefs or SEMrush.
- Good understanding of user behavior and the digital customer journey.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Comfortable handling a fast-moving work environment and multiple campaigns at once.
