Job Overview
Mastermind Group is seeking a Digital Marketing & Marketplace Executive to join their team at the Kanpur office. This role focuses on managing digital marketing campaigns and marketplace product listings aimed at driving growth and optimizing sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee WhatsApp marketing efforts and manage customer follow-ups to maintain engagement.
- Design, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram (Meta platforms).
- Implement and supervise retargeting campaigns to recapture potential customers.
- Administer product listings across marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart.
- Improve product visibility and increase sales through listing optimization.
- Monitor advertising campaign metrics and recommend actionable improvements.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to enhance lead conversion rates and customer interaction.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or managing online marketplaces.
- Practical skills in handling Meta Ads and basic CRM or WhatsApp marketing tools.
- Preferably familiar with major e-commerce platforms like Amazon and Flipkart.
- Strong communication ability, analytical mindset, and computer proficiency.
- Knowledge of artificial intelligence tools such as ChatGPT is advantageous.
