Progressive Graphics is looking for a driven Digital Marketing Executive to help build brand visibility and performance across online channels. What You Will Do
- Build, launch, and refine marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, and similar channels.
- Oversee social media profiles, keeping them active with relevant content and frequent updates.
- Work on search engine optimization and search engine marketing tasks, including keyword research, on-page and off-page improvements, and performance monitoring.
- Manage paid advertising efforts on Google Ads and social media ad platforms, then assess and improve results.
- Track campaign data, prepare reports, and turn findings into practical recommendations.
- Partner with design and content teams to develop effective campaign creatives and promotional assets.
- Stay informed about current trends, competitor activity, and evolving digital marketing practices.
- Handle several assignments at once while meeting deadlines in a high-pressure setting.
Tools and Technical Knowledge
- Practical experience with Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager.
- Working knowledge of SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
- Ability to update and manage content in WordPress or a comparable CMS.
- Basic familiarity with HTML and CSS is considered an advantage.
- Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets for analysis and reporting.
- Understanding of audience segmentation, campaign tracking, and return-on-investment evaluation.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate candidates are preferred, especially those with digital marketing certifications.
- Prior experience of 1–2 years in a digital marketing position is expected.
- Should be organized, self-driven, proactive, and efficient.
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities are important.
- Creative thinking and the ability to perform well within deadlines are desirable.
