Role summary

Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing graphics, layouts, banners, social media creatives, brochures, and similar marketing collateral.
• Develop visual assets for websites, digital promotions, campaigns, and presentations.
• Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand briefs and turn them into effective creative outputs.
• Retouch and edit images, build infographics, and shape visual narratives that align with brand standards.
• Handle several assignments at once and complete deliverables on time, including under pressure.
• Keep all design work consistent and maintain a high standard of quality across every output.

Software and technical requirements

• Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Working knowledge of tools such as CorelDRAW, Canva, or comparable design platforms.
• Basic familiarity with motion graphics tools like Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of typography, color combinations, layout composition, and current design trends.
• Awareness of print production and digital output standards.

Candidate profile

• A graduate with relevant exposure to industry-standard design tools and techniques.
• 1 to 2 years of practical experience in graphic design.
• A creative professional with a strong visual sense and aesthetic judgment.
• Capable of working independently, organizing tasks efficiently, and solving problems proactively.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
