Join Queensmith as a Digital Marketing Executive and take full ownership of our SEO strategy and digital content output.
You will be pivotal in shaping our online presence, focusing on organic growth through expert-led content and an exceptional website experience. This hands-on role involves identifying search opportunities, crafting engaging content, and enhancing how customers find and interact with Queensmith online.
Collaborate with a dynamic team where your ideas help shape campaigns, optimize landing pages, and develop new content series, allowing you to leave a meaningful impression on an expanding brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the in-house SEO expert, keeping up to date with algorithm changes, technical SEO best practices, and search trends.
- Partner closely with an external digital marketing agency to execute an impactful organic growth plan.
- Create, plan, and optimize high-quality website content that establishes Queensmith as a trusted authority.
- Lead the development and expansion of the Guides & Journal content hub to attract, educate, and convert customers.
- Serve as the primary copywriter, ensuring attention to detail and excellence in all written pieces.
- Maintain brand consistency by adhering to established brand guidelines across all marketing materials.
- Analyze industry trends, customer behaviors, and competitor strategies to spot new opportunities for content, campaigns, and growth.
- Support and improve email sign-up processes and seasonal email marketing campaigns.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 3 years in a comparable digital marketing or SEO role.
- Proven expertise in copywriting with a substantial portfolio of published work.
- Familiarity with keyword tracking and SEO tools such as GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, SemRush, or equivalent.
- Experience leveraging AI language models like Chat GPT or Claude to enhance efficiency while preserving a personal, human-centered tone.
- Proficient with Apple macOS ecosystem and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems like Craft CMS, Shopify, or similar platforms.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva is an advantage.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary ranging from £35,000 to £40,000, based on experience.
