Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and inventive Digital Marketing Assistant / Social Media Manager to enhance our digital marketing efforts, boost our brand's online visibility, and actively engage with audiences across multiple platforms. This position entails content development, social media management, coordinating marketing campaigns, analyzing performance data, and fostering brand growth online.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategize, produce, schedule, and post compelling content on a variety of social and digital media channels.
- Oversee daily social media operations including community interaction, audience engagement, and consistent brand messaging.
- Support the creation and implementation of digital marketing strategies to heighten brand recognition, engagement, and lead acquisition.
- Develop diverse marketing materials such as graphics, videos, blog articles, email campaigns, and promotional content.
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools and generate detailed reports with actionable recommendations.
- Conduct industry research, competitor benchmarking, and audience analysis to uncover trends and opportunities.
- Enhance content visibility by applying SEO best practices and optimizing for search engines.
- Assist with email marketing workflows, manage content calendars, and contribute to marketing automation processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, content, sales, and product to deliver cohesive marketing campaigns.
- Ensure consistent brand presentation across all digital outlets and communication materials.
- Stay informed about the latest social media trends, platform changes, and digital marketing innovations.
- Participate in managing online advertising efforts and assess campaign effectiveness.
- Maintain digital asset organization, marketing records, and document marketing activities.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Media, Public Relations, Journalism, or related fields.
- Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals, social media strategies, and content marketing approaches.
- Experience with major social media platforms, community engagement, and moderation.
- Competence in using digital analytics and performance measurement tools.
- Understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing tactics, and online advertising principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital marketing or content management software.
- Basic graphic design or content creation skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite are advantageous.
