Role overview

This position supports digital promotion by shaping, publishing, and improving content across social and other online channels. The aim is to build a stronger brand presence, drive engagement, and contribute to business growth through consistent, high-quality, insight-led content.

Core duties

  • Build and maintain content calendars, prepare posts, and schedule visual as well as written material for campaigns on platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and similar channels.
  • Ensure all content stays aligned with brand rules, campaign objectives, and audience needs.
  • Handle day-to-day social media activity by tracking channels, answering comments and messages, and keeping the brand voice active and consistent.
  • Monitor performance indicators including reach, impressions, engagement, follower growth, click-through rates, and conversions, then use the findings to refine content and campaign results.
  • Contribute to wider digital marketing work such as content marketing, email marketing, paid advertising, SEO/SEM coordination, influencer outreach, and promotional initiatives.
  • Carry out competitor review, audience research, and trend tracking to spot new engagement and growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with design, content, product, and marketing teams to keep campaigns coordinated and messaging consistent across channels.
  • Support content brainstorming, campaign development, and brand storytelling efforts that strengthen the overall digital footprint.

Skills and qualifications

The ideal candidate should understand digital marketing, social media strategy, content development, audience engagement, and brand communication. Experience with multi-channel social campaigns is important.

Comfort with social media management tools, scheduling platforms, analytics tools, and digital advertising systems is expected. Familiarity with CMS platforms and basic design tools is a plus.

Strong writing and communication ability is needed to create clear, engaging, and brand-safe content tailored to different audiences and platforms.

An analytical mindset is required to read performance data, spot patterns, and improve strategy based on insights.

Good organization and time management are essential for juggling multiple campaigns, adjusting quickly to platform changes, and staying effective in a fast-moving environment.
