Role overview

This position blends product design and graphic design to shape digital experiences that are easy to use and visually strong. The designer will create interface solutions and brand assets that improve usability, support marketing efforts, and keep the overall look and feel consistent across channels.

Key responsibilities

You will turn business goals and user needs into practical design outputs for both product and marketing use.

  • Design user interfaces and user journeys that support smooth, intuitive experiences.
  • Create branding elements, campaign visuals, presentations, and other marketing materials.
  • Develop wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, icons, illustrations, and production-ready graphics.
  • Work with product managers, developers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to convert requirements into usable design solutions.
  • Help build and maintain design systems, component libraries, and brand guidelines.
  • Carry out user research, usability checks, competitor reviews, and design assessments to improve accessibility and visual effectiveness.
  • Support branding initiatives, campaign creation, and other creative content work.
  • Stay current with design trends, tools, technologies, and industry practices.
  • Take part in design reviews, incorporate feedback, and continuously improve design processes.

Required qualifications and skills

The role calls for solid capability in product design, UX/UI, graphic design, visual communication, and user-centered design methods.

  • Ability to create digital experiences that are intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing.
  • Proficiency with professional design, prototyping, and illustration tools.
  • Working knowledge of responsive design, accessibility standards, and design systems.
  • Strong grasp of typography, color theory, layout, branding, information architecture, and visual hierarchy.
  • Good analytical thinking and creative problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to translate business goals, user research, and stakeholder input into effective design outcomes.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to explain design choices clearly.
  • Comfort working collaboratively with cross-functional teams across the product lifecycle.
  • Excellent organization, adaptability, and the ability to manage several design tasks while meeting deadlines.
