Role Overview
This role focuses on marketing support, event coordination, customer engagement, and digital advocacy within the school and branch environment. The executive will work closely with school clubs, committees, and other external stakeholders to deliver joint campaigns and activities that support UOB’s objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and carry out joint marketing initiatives and events aligned with the priorities of the school and UOB.
- Partner with school CCA clubs, connect with school committees, and coordinate with external stakeholders to support outreach efforts.
- Design and produce visual, multimedia, video, and other digital content that follows brand standards.
- Promote the use of internet banking and other digital banking tools at branches and auto-lobbies, encouraging greater digital adoption.
- Deliver helpful and courteous service to customers visiting bank branches and respond to their queries.
- Spot opportunities to recommend appropriate products and services while ensuring a smooth and high-quality customer experience.
