Role Overview
We seek a motivated Junior to Mid-Weight Digital Graphic Designer to join our vibrant team at South Geelong, VIC. This position involves collaborating closely with the Digital Lead and graphics team to bring campaign and product visuals alive on digital platforms. The designer will ensure our website and email marketing remain visually compelling and seasonally appropriate.
Responsibilities
- Designing and updating website graphics including homepage and landing page visuals.
- Managing daily editing, cropping, optimizing, and uploading of images to maintain an engaging site presence.
- Collaborating with the Digital Lead to align website content with seasonal campaigns and releases.
- Creating and executing email marketing (EDM) campaigns across Women's, Men's, and Kid's categories following established creative guidelines.
- Generating digital graphic assets to support product launches and marketing initiatives.
- Preparing and exporting assets efficiently for online and email formats.
- Assisting with image uploading and organization when necessary.
Candidate Profile
- Holder of a degree or higher qualification in Graphic Design or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in a similar graphic design role preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong design principles focusing on typography, layout composition, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Additional skills such as knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, animation, or photography are advantageous but not required.
