This graduate role offers hands-on experience delivering impactful digital transformation projects across New Zealand, backed by strong international connections and expert guidance.

Typical Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with client teams to facilitate workshops, meetings, and project tasks, gaining practical consulting experience.
  • Learn about the delivery of Consulting services by assisting with engagement reviews spanning multiple service areas.
  • Support risk management and governance activities by capturing critical insights and aiding decision-making processes.
  • Assist in planning and executing consulting engagements, contributing to work program design and milestone management.
  • Interact with clients to collect feedback and develop an understanding of effective consulting practices.
  • Participate in business development initiatives by helping with proposals and attending networking events to expand your professional network.

Candidature Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree or Level 7 equivalent in fields such as Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Software Development, Information Science, Business Information Systems, Information Management, or related quantitative disciplines, with strong academic achievements.
  • Display a collaborative approach, working well with team members.
  • Demonstrate a pragmatic, solutions-oriented mindset towards complex challenges.
  • Build trusted relationships by exhibiting professionalism and credibility with clients.
  • Contribute actively in a dynamic and innovative environment that values new ideas.
