Role overview
The HEAT Group is hiring a digitally savvy, trend-aware marketing specialist to lead social storytelling and event-day promotion for Kaseya Center. In this position, you will serve as the venue’s everyday online voice, building content that attracts fans, supports ticket sales, and strengthens awareness of one of the country’s leading live entertainment destinations.
You will help present Billboard Magazine’s 2026 Top East Coast Arena to a worldwide audience of concert and event fans by capturing live moments, growing community engagement, and consistently shaping the Kaseya Center narrative.
This opportunity is best suited for someone who is passionate about live entertainment, comfortable managing a content calendar, and able to convert cultural trends and viral audio into meaningful brand moments.
Key responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the daily social content schedule for Kaseya Center, including planning, creating, scheduling, and publishing posts on Instagram, TikTok, X, and Facebook.
- Be present at concerts and events to capture timely, in-the-moment content that boosts engagement and encourages attendance.
- Design and roll out fan engagement activations, both on site and off site, to improve the event experience and help generate leads.
- Assist with artist hospitality efforts to help deliver a strong backstage experience and support positive venue relationships.
- Promote Kaseya Center’s food, beverage, and in-venue offerings through engaging content that increases spend and shareability.
- Work closely with the Content and Creative Services teams to keep all output aligned with brand standards and the wider HEAT Group tone of voice.
- Coordinate with the Senior Manager of Arena Marketing on show announcements, presales, and onsales.
- Manage announce and onsale timelines while helping the Arena Enterprise team stay current on all dates and related information.
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the Director of Digital Program.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
- Typically 2 to 3 years of experience in social media, brand marketing, or live entertainment.
- Practical experience managing brand profiles on Instagram, TikTok, X, and Facebook.
- Ability to create or capture photo content is preferred.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Premiere, or CapCut, is a plus.
