Position Overview
This role focuses on applying investigative expertise to enhance AI training datasets by reviewing crime scenarios and investigative procedures. The position operates on a remote contract basis with hourly compensation ranging from $50 to $100. The expected commitment is between 10 to 40 hours weekly.
Key Duties
- Examine crime situations and the methods used in investigations to inform AI datasets.
- Analyze case reports, evidence, and investigative approaches to provide practical and real-world insights.
- Work alongside engineering and data science teams to advance AI investigative technologies.
- Clearly document investigative methodologies to support training resources.
- Offer specialized knowledge in complex areas such as criminal, narcotics, and fugitive investigations.
- Identify weaknesses in AI's understanding of law enforcement procedures and suggest enhancements.
- Contribute to collaborative team discussions to share expertise and uphold quality standards.
Qualifications
- Substantial background in criminal investigations or related law enforcement roles.
- Demonstrable experience conducting investigations within federal, state, or local legal frameworks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Advanced analytical capabilities for assessing evidence and documenting investigations.
