Key responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager with the daily running of the branch.
- Work toward performance targets and key business metrics.
- Lead, encourage, and develop the store team.

- Deliver consistently high standards of customer service.
Requirements
- Leaving Certificate or an equivalent qualification is required.
- At least 2 years of management experience gained in a busy, fast-paced setting.
- A full driving licence is essential.
- Comfort working in a varied environment where deadlines and targets matter.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Availability to work flexible shift patterns.
- Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager is preferred, though not mandatory if the right attitude and capability are present.
Compensation and benefits
