Position Overview

PIL is seeking a Deputy Regional HR Manager for the MARO region and the Saudi Arabia entity. The chosen candidate will be instrumental in aligning HR strategies with business goals, managing talent acquisition, employee relations, leadership development, and ensuring compliance with regional labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Forge strategic partnerships with business leaders to implement HR initiatives in line with organizational objectives and departmental plans.
• Support organizational transformation initiatives, guiding leaders through change management.
• Lead recruitment efforts to attract suitable talent for critical roles and build talent pipelines.
• Design and execute talent development, retention, succession planning, and leadership programs.
• Oversee compensation frameworks ensuring alignment with regional and global standards.
• Manage annual performance appraisals and salary reviews, including regional calibration.
• Ensure strict compliance with local labor laws and company HR policies, maintaining policy updates and communication.
• Administer HR operations, including HRIS management, payroll preparation and review, and employee relations in adherence to legislation.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster an inclusive work environment.
• Oversee office facilities, vendor management, and administrative functions.

Candidate Requirements

• A degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 10 years of pertinent regional HR experience within a global organization.
• Proven leadership capabilities managing and developing HR teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with effective engagement at all organizational levels.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments balancing strategic and operational demands.
