Role Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Principal to craft and advance a shared vision centered on teaching excellence, student achievement, and ongoing improvement.
- Assist in the operational leadership and daily management tasks, including acting as Principal when necessary, while exemplifying ethical leadership and professionalism.
- Champion an inclusive and equitable school culture that fosters wellbeing and sets ambitious standards for both students and staff.
- Develop and nurture partnerships with families, community groups, government bodies, and business sectors to expand student opportunities and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with legislative and departmental regulations, lead forward-thinking initiatives, efficiently manage resources, and pursue continuous personal development aligned with school goals.
