Deputy Manager - Plant Accounts

Role Overview

This role involves the preparation and analysis of monthly and annual financial statements for Joey for Life Company, Korea. The candidate will be responsible for detailed scrutiny of ledgers and transactional reports as well as coordination with related entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Monthly review of all ledger accounts to ensure accuracy
• Verification of purchase and sales registers on a monthly basis
• Verification and assessment of stock valuation reports
• Preparation and explanation of variance analysis reports
• Handling routine correspondence with Joey for Life (JFL)
• Providing required information to Jaquar & Company Private Limited India
• Reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable
• Conducting financial reviews and audits overseas as necessary
• Maintaining positive working relationships within the team by demonstrating productivity, adaptability, cooperation, and commitment to the Finance & Accounts (F&A) team’s success

Essential Skills and Competencies

• Proficiency in computer applications with strong ERP software experience
• Advanced skills in MS Excel
• Understanding of accounting systems and efficient process management
• Good accounting knowledge and practical experience with ERP software

Qualifications and Experience

• Commerce graduate, preferably CA/ICWA intermediate or MBA in Finance from a recognized university
• 6 to 8 years of experience specifically in plant accounting
