Role Overview
Joining the Trade Counter team at Joondalup, this position entails a hybrid role balancing product deliveries, customer interactions with plumbers and tradespeople, alongside essential operational duties ensuring the efficient functioning of the warehouse and trade counter.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a company vehicle to deliver parts and products directly to customers.
- Perform pick packing and manage stock inventory within the branch.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the branch and warehouse.
- Deliver excellent customer service, including product information and support.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in delivery driving, retail, or customer service roles, with a commitment to assisting customers both face-to-face and via phone.
- Competency in order picking, shop floor display maintenance, and accurate product information handling.
- Comfortable using computer systems and eager to learn new technologies.
- Possession of a current, clean driver’s license; flexible to work various shifts, including weekends.
- Aspire to grow professionally within Reece Group locally or across its broader network including head office.
