Key Responsibilities

Work Environment and Physical Demands

• Exposure to diverse weather conditions and temperature variations between 36°F in coolers and over 90°F in some areas.
• Handle fumes from food odors and cornmeal dust.
• Navigate cramped spaces like walk-in coolers and operate near hot equipment reaching up to 500°F.
• Engage in physical activities including standing, walking short distances, lifting cases up to 50 pounds, carrying items, pushing and pulling dollies, climbing stairs or ladders, stooping, crouching, and reaching frequently.
• Use hand coordination to handle tools and complete tasks such as shaping dough, using pizza peels and cutters, and assembling pizza boxes.

Driver Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years with a valid driver's license and safe driving record.
• Access to an insured vehicle suitable for deliveries.
• At least 2 years of licensed driving history in the U.S. with restrictions on violations and at-fault accidents as detailed by company standards.
• Periodic vehicle inspections covering essential safety components are required; vehicles failing inspection cannot be used for deliveries.
• No serious driving violations in the last 5 years, including offenses related to drugs, alcohol, reckless driving, or excessive speeding.
