Job Responsibilities
- Receive and manage customer orders both at the store and via phone communication.
- Prepare food items and products according to standards.
- Stock ingredients properly in storage rooms, production areas, and walk-in refrigerators.
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and the store premises daily.
- Distribute marketing materials as needed.
- Engage in positive verbal communication with customers and team members.
- Perform additional duties assigned by management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record per company policy.
- Possess an insured vehicle available for deliveries.
- Ability to comprehend maps and navigate delivery zones efficiently, including multi-level buildings.
- Capable of driving safely in adverse weather such as rain, snow, sleet, high winds, and hail.
- Have a cooperative, positive attitude and willingness to uphold Domino's uniform and image standards.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Maintain high-quality standards in fast-paced environments.
- Basic mathematical skills for handling cash transactions accurately, including making change.
- Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to use computers with keyboards and touch screens for order entry.
- Receive and follow instructions to meet deadlines.
Physical Requirements
- Standing for extended periods is common during shifts.
- Frequent brisk walking or running between store, vehicle, and customer locations when safe.
- Occasionally lifting up to 30 pounds, rarely up to 50 pounds.
- Handling varied package sizes and weights during deliveries.
- Occasional ladder climbing for cleaning, sign changes, or maintenance.
- Capability to navigate stairs, sometimes five floors or more, during deliveries.
- Regular crouching, bending, and reaching during product preparation, stocking, and cleaning tasks.
