Job description

Overview

This London-based hospitality organisation is looking for a skilled Data Analyst to own and improve its internal business intelligence platform and automation setup. The position sits within the Technology team and plays an important part in delivering dependable data, scalable reporting, and streamlined automation that help teams make better decisions.

What you'll be doing

  • Take responsibility for the internal BI platform and reporting library, keeping reports accurate, easy to use, and fast.
  • Create and refine Power BI dashboards and datasets to provide a consistent, trusted view of business data.
  • Design and support automated processes through Power Automate to cut down manual work and improve data reliability.
  • Work with business stakeholders to turn operational needs into practical, scalable data and automation solutions.
  • Administer BI services in Azure, including deployments, monitoring, and user access management.
  • Maintain strong controls around data security, governance, and quality.
  • Produce insights on key hospitality measures such as occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and booking trends.
  • Help business users adopt self-service analytics through training and best-practice guidance.

What they are looking for

  • Deep hands-on experience with Power BI, plus strong exposure to Tableau.
  • Experience working with Azure-based data platforms and Microsoft technology stack.
  • Working knowledge of Power Automate and workflow automation.
  • A solid understanding of data governance principles and controls.
  • Background in hospitality, hotels, or a similar sector such as retail is required.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
