Job Overview

The role focuses on leveraging data analytics to enhance business planning and operational efficiencies within real estate estate management. Key tasks involve extracting actionable insights from operational, financial, and resident feedback datasets to boost service quality and satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities

  • Examine data related to operations, finance, maintenance, and resident feedback to detect trends, gaps, and opportunities for service improvement.
  • Create and update dashboards and performance reports to facilitate informed leadership decisions and strategic planning.
  • Track and evaluate key performance indicators concerning service delivery, maintenance, resident interaction, and estate enhancement projects.
  • Analyze resident feedback and service usage patterns to pinpoint recurring problems and propose proactive solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with operational teams to offer insights that optimize resource distribution, maintenance scheduling, and community initiatives.
  • Assist management in recognizing emerging trends and formulating data-driven strategies to improve living conditions and resident experiences.
  • Streamline reporting processes and enhance data governance, accuracy, and availability throughout the organization.
  • Compile presentations and thorough reports for management and relevant stakeholders to inform business reviews and planning.
  • Conduct special studies, surveys, and projects relating to operational performance and community impact as required.

Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or performance measurement roles.
  • Skilled in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, SQL, and various data visualization tools.
  • Demonstrates excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, capable of converting data insights into actionable business recommendations.
  • Strong communicator adept at managing stakeholder relationships and translating technical information for both technical and non-technical audiences.
