Job Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries through voice and blended support channels.
- Address and resolve telecom-related issues, including billing, plans, account management, and service requests.
- Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to quality standards and productivity goals.
Eligibility Criteria
- At least 1 year of experience in International Voice or Blended Process roles.
- Open to both graduates and undergraduates.
- Preference for candidates who can join immediately.
Required Skills
- Proficient English communication abilities.
- Strong skills in customer interaction and problem resolution.
- Ability to work US rotational shifts and possess basic computer proficiency.
