Job Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries through voice and blended support channels.
• Address and resolve telecom-related issues, including billing, plans, account management, and service requests.
• Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to quality standards and productivity goals.

Eligibility Criteria

• At least 1 year of experience in International Voice or Blended Process roles.
• Open to both graduates and undergraduates.
• Preference for candidates who can join immediately.

Required Skills

• Proficient English communication abilities.
• Strong skills in customer interaction and problem resolution.
• Ability to work US rotational shifts and possess basic computer proficiency.
