About the Role
Join TalentPop App as a Customer Support and Sales Specialist, a pivotal position designed to be the strategic representative of the brand, focused on enhancing customer experience while driving revenue growth. This remote role combines responsibilities in customer support and sales to foster customer loyalty and increase business revenue for high-growth e-commerce brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for complex customer inquiries through chat, email, and phone, offering prompt and accurate solutions.
- Ensure exceptional service to maintain high customer satisfaction scores by troubleshooting product-related issues and guiding users.
- Use proactive communication to identify customers at risk of leaving and implement retention strategies that encourage long-term loyalty.
- Identify and present upselling and cross-selling opportunities by understanding customer needs and pain points in relation to premium features and services.
- Manage the full sales cycle from product demonstrations and negotiating terms to closing deals, meeting monthly revenue targets.
- Develop expert knowledge of products to effectively communicate return on investment and value to customers.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience combining customer support, customer success, or inside sales, preferably in SaaS or e-commerce environments.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to perform professionally under pressure and articulate value clearly.
- Proficiency with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce and helpdesk tools like Zendesk or Intercom.
- Driven to achieve and surpass key performance indicators related to service quality and sales revenue.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, challenges, and the role of customer service in digital retail.
