Role Overview

TalentPop App, a partner to rapidly growing e-commerce brands, seeks a versatile Customer Support and Sales Specialist to enhance customer experiences and fuel revenue growth. This hybrid position demands expertise in both resolving customer issues and driving sales opportunities from initial contact through retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main contact for complex customer inquiries across chat, email, and phone, delivering prompt and accurate solutions.
  • Maintain excellent customer satisfaction by troubleshooting products, guiding users, and ensuring timely problem resolution.
  • Proactively detect risks of customer churn and engage customers with strategies that promote loyalty and retention.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell prospects by keenly understanding customer needs and presenting relevant premium offerings.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle for expansion opportunities, including product demos, negotiation, and closing to achieve monthly revenue goals.
  • Become a subject matter expert on products, communicating their value and ROI effectively to customers.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of one year experience combining customer support, success, or inside sales, preferably in SaaS or e-commerce sectors.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with professionalism under pressure and ability to convey value clearly.
  • Proficient with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce and helpdesk software such as Zendesk or Intercom.
  • Goal-oriented with motivation to exceed KPIs related to service quality and sales revenue.
  • Well-versed in e-commerce operations and challenges, appreciating customer service’s strategic role in digital retail.
