About the Role
Join TalentPop as a TikTok Influencer Marketing Assistant and contribute to exciting influencer campaigns, social media projects, and customer engagement efforts. This position is suited for a creative, organized individual familiar with TikTok culture and influencer marketing, working fully remotely from anywhere.
Primary Responsibilities
- Keep up with TikTok trends and propose content ideas that align with the brand.
- Help manage the content calendar for TikTok and coordinate with creators and internal teams.
- Identify and compile a list of potential influencers suitable for brand partnerships.
- Conduct outreach to influencers through direct messages or emails and document communications.
- Manage delivery schedules, expectations, and timelines with collaborators.
- Monitor and report on the success and engagement of influencer campaigns.
- Optionally, respond to TikTok direct messages and comments in the client's brand voice.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum one year of experience in influencer marketing, outreach, or customer service roles.
- Strong knowledge of TikTok and its community of creators.
- Exceptional written English and professional communication skills.
- Ability to organize schedules, manage content, and maintain influencer pipelines efficiently.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, TikTok platform, and CRM or influencer management tools.
- Self-motivated with keen attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
