About the Role
This opportunity is offered by a partner company seeking a Customer Success Manager specialized in Healthcare Risk Adjustment within the United States. The role centers on building strong strategic relationships with healthcare organizations and facilitating the effective implementation of advanced risk adjustment technologies. As a client-facing advisor, you will guide customers through regulatory landscapes, help them meet business objectives, and maximize benefits from healthcare solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main liaison for a portfolio of healthcare clients, fostering enduring executive relationships and ensuring successful deployment of healthcare risk adjustment tools.
- Gain comprehensive insight into clients' business goals, workflows, operational hurdles, and regulatory parameters to offer tailored strategic advice and enhance solution value.
- Collaborate with internal departments including operations, product development, engineering, and analytics to achieve project success and promptly address customer concerns.
- Track customer satisfaction, service levels, reporting metrics, and project timelines; proactively recognize risks and implement solutions.
- Provide consultancy by sharing industry best practices, bolstering platform usage, promoting contract renewals, and spotting chances for account growth and revenue enhancement.
- Facilitate customer meetings, executive reviews, status updates, and project communications, presenting performance data and strategic insights to senior leaders.
- Handle escalations by coordinating cross-team efforts to resolve critical issues following customer expectations.
- Ensure precise documentation of customer success plans, project activities, and account records using customer success management software and contribute to ongoing process refinements.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a bachelor’s degree or hold equivalent professional experience.
- Have a minimum of five years' experience within health plans, healthcare technology, healthcare consulting, or vendor management roles focused on healthcare risk adjustment.
- At least two years’ direct involvement supporting HHS RADV Initial Validation Audit programs or related regulatory healthcare initiatives.
- In-depth understanding of healthcare risk adjustment, CMS regulations, value-based care, and compliance standards.
- Demonstrated success in customer success, account management, or client relationship roles in SaaS or healthcare technology sectors.
- Strong project management capabilities managing multiple customer priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Advanced analytical proficiency with ability to interpret reports, identify data trends, monitor KPIs, and formulate action plans.
- Excellent communication, presentation skills, and ability to build executive relationships, influencing diverse stakeholder levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office—especially Excel—and experience with customer success platforms like Gainsight or comparable CRM tools.
- Self-driven, adaptable, team-oriented, and able to excel in fast-paced, customer-focused environments.
