Job description
Role Overview
EM Services Pte Ltd is looking for a Customer Service/Call Centre Officer to manage customer interactions across phone and email channels at its Singapore location. The role focuses on delivering clear, timely support, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a positive service experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls and emails quickly, sharing accurate information, suitable alternatives, and practical solutions related to the company’s products and services.
- Address customer questions and concerns with the goal of resolving most issues during the first interaction.
- Depending on the assigned project, support sales activities by cross-selling and upselling relevant products and services to existing customers and prospects.
Requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills in English, plus at least one additional language for assisting customers who do not speak English.
- Previous experience working in a call centre is preferred.
- Applicants with customer service experience in other business or operational settings may also be considered.
- A service-oriented attitude, along with the ability to understand customer concerns quickly and respond with empathy, is important.
Working Arrangement
- The position is based onsite in Singapore.
- Applicants should be comfortable with rotating shift schedules.
- Daily shift allowance is provided.
