About the Role

An established Irish fashion retailer is seeking a dedicated Customer Service & Online Operations Executive to join its head office team in Dublin. This permanent, full-time position offers a dynamic role that blends customer support, online order management, and day-to-day website maintenance. Ideal candidates have a passion for fashion, enjoy assisting customers, and are versatile in handling queries, online orders, and website updates.

Key Duties

  • Manage customer inquiries mostly via email with professionalism and promptness.
  • Coordinate with retail stores to check stock availability when items are missing online.
  • Handle refunds and exchanges related to online purchases efficiently.
  • Ensure customer concerns are resolved positively, from first contact to resolution.
  • Assist customers with questions about orders, products, delivery, returns, and stock status.
  • Update and maintain product images, descriptions, and details on the website accurately.
  • Support daily website merchandising and product presentation tasks.
  • Keep website content consistent, current, and visually appealing.
  • Manage routine website administration and content revisions.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to ensure new products and updates appear correctly online.
  • Provide assistance across the wider head office team when needed, including marketing and administrative support.
  • Work cooperatively with colleagues at head office and retail locations to foster team success.

Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or online operations roles is preferred.
  • A genuine interest in fashion is essential.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities to juggle diverse tasks.
  • A positive, helpful, and customer-centric mindset.
  • Comfortable working with digital platforms and quick to adapt to new systems.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/customer service platforms is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with website administration, online order processing, or product data uploads is beneficial.
  • A collaborative spirit and readiness to support team members as needed.
