Role Summary

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this position is a key customer-facing role that supports day-to-day store operations and helps maintain a sales-driven culture focused on profitable growth.

Key Duties

  • Carry out store administration tasks in line with established processes.
  • Handle cash, process payments, and manage tendering transactions accurately.
  • Support multi-channel order fulfilment and help maintain stock accuracy and integrity.
  • Manage phone calls and customer enquiries professionally.
  • Assist with marketing and promotional activities in store.
  • Help improve financial outcomes through good inventory control and careful management of controllable expenses.
  • Oversee fulfilment across sales channels according to procedure.
  • Work closely with the team to deliver a consistent, positive customer experience in store and across channels.
  • Resolve customer complaints and queries in a timely and effective manner when needed.
  • Support the brand through strong merchandising, in-store presentation, and marketing standards.
  • Build sales capability and product knowledge through online learning and other development opportunities.
