Role Summary

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this position plays an important part in the customer-facing team. The role supports smooth store operations and helps drive a sales-led environment that contributes to strong and profitable growth.

Core Duties

  • Carry out day-to-day store administration in line with established procedures, including cash handling and processing transactions.
  • Support multi-channel order fulfilment and help maintain stock accuracy and integrity.
  • Handle phone-based enquiries and manage telephone activity effectively.
  • Assist with marketing and promotional activities in store.
  • Support financial performance by managing inventory well and keeping controllable expenses in check.
  • Ensure sales-channel fulfilment is completed according to company processes.
  • Work closely with teammates to create a consistently positive customer experience across store and channel touchpoints, while resolving complaints and questions when needed.
  • Help build the store and brand experience through good merchandising, in-store marketing, and strong presentation standards.
  • Keep developing sales capability and product knowledge through online learning and other training opportunities.
