Enterprise Mobility’s Enterprise brand is hiring a Customer Assistance Representative Sr. (CAR Sr.) for a busy branch/airport environment in Kelowna. This role focuses on delivering strong in-person and phone-based support to both internal teams and external customers, helping with rental needs, administrative tasks, and backup rental operations.
The available role is based at 11 - 5533 Airport Way, Kelowna, BC V1V 1S1.
This is a full-time position paying $19.65 per hour.

Work schedule options
- Schedule A: Sunday to Thursday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
- Schedule B: Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
- Schedule C: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, 11:00am to 7:30pm

Role overview
The Customer Assistance Representative Sr. supports branch operations by helping customers face-to-face and over the phone, learning through local training and hands-on work. The position also involves administrative support and acting as a rental backup in a large home city branch or airport location.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls related to reservations, pricing, general inquiries, and issue resolution for customers, branches, insurers, dealerships, repair shops, and other vendors.
- Make outbound calls for callback tracking, accounts receivable follow-up, and other assigned communication tasks.
- Deliver attentive customer support by assessing rental needs in person and by phone.
- Welcome customers professionally and promptly.
- Offer directions and general customer assistance as needed.
- Check the condition of vehicles when they are returned.
- Complete returns, check-ins, and exit kiosk transactions.
- Promote the company while transporting customers safely and courteously, including pickup and drop-off support.
- Explain rental terms, vehicle features, and related service options clearly.
- Offer optional protection products, upgrades, fuel choices, and extra equipment when appropriate.
- Inform management of vehicle issues and required maintenance.
- Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors manually or with washing equipment when necessary.
- Support basic administrative and accounting work such as billing research, accounts receivable, transfer and key logs, reporting, supply tracking, and customer billing.
- Take on other related backup or miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or higher is required; some post-secondary education is preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or sales is required, ideally in retail, guest services, or administrative support.
- A valid British Columbia Class 7 or Class 5 driver’s licence is required, with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
- The candidate must not have any drug- or alcohol-related conviction on the driving record in the last 5 years.
- Applicants must already be authorized to work in Canada and must not need sponsorship now or in the future.
- The role requires availability for one of the listed schedules, except where religious observance applies.
- Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
