About the company

Founded in Torquay, Victoria in the early 2000s, Ghanda Clothing began with a goal to create affordable, high-quality apparel that was not already being served by the market. What you'll do

In this role, you will handle a range of customer support tasks across multiple channels and work closely with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.

  • Respond to customer questions and concerns by phone, email, live chat, and other digital communication channels
  • Log, monitor, and close customer service tickets
  • Assist with returns, swaps, credit notes, and delivery-related investigations
  • Provide operational support to the eCommerce and web packing teams

What the team is looking for

Previous customer service experience is useful but not mandatory. The ideal candidate will bring a strong service mindset and the ability to handle a variety of tasks with professionalism.
