Job description

About the Role

The Customer Service Specialist will provide logistical, administrative, and financial assistance to help complete sales orders. The role also involves regular communication with both new and existing customers to support sales efforts, contribute to revenue goals, and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer service and sales conversations with new and existing customers over the phone.
  • Assist dealers with technical queries.
  • Agree on pricing and delivery terms with customers.
  • Prepare and share quotations and agreements according to the company’s pricing policy, and follow them up appropriately.
  • Ensure sales orders are completed correctly in the administrative system, including ERP processing.
  • Provide the correct order details needed for invoicing, while considering all relevant specifics.
  • Track delivery schedules and update customers accordingly.
  • Keep in touch with clients by sharing product details and pricing information.
  • Address customer complaints, coordinate with After Sales when needed, and monitor the resolution process.
  • Carry out sales-focused commercial activities to help bring in new customers.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with customers.
  • Review market trends and competitor activity.
  • Work closely with the Finance team on overdue payments and delivery holds.

Role Requirements

  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills are essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with a consultative sales mindset.
  • A basic grasp of technology, or a strong willingness to learn, is important.
  • A bachelor’s degree in a business-related field will be considered an advantage.
