About the Role
Genpact is seeking individuals for Customer Service Voice roles, specifically for English language support in Gurgaon. Responsibilities
- Address customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Assist with data collection to facilitate account recovery for end-users.

Qualifications
- Graduation: Any graduate degree is acceptable, excluding law degrees or diplomas.

- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory, with a neutral English accent preferred.
- Skills: Effective probing, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
