Role overview

Commercial Bank International is looking for an Emirati customer service representative to handle customer interactions and support day-to-day service operations in Sharjah. The position focuses on delivering prompt, courteous, and accurate assistance while maintaining service standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls from customers, prospects, and non-customers while meeting the required standards for call volume, pickup time, call length, and call quality.
  • Deliver professional customer support by responding to enquiries clearly, politely, and with complete and accurate information, and routing cases appropriately when needed.
  • Process customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Carry out customer maintenance tasks and setup activities correctly.
  • Support revenue growth by spotting and maximizing opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Recognize customer issues and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Stay updated through continuous learning on product, service, and procedure changes.
  • Take part in outbound calling campaigns and other projects or activities when required.
  • Handle any additional duties assigned by management that align with the nature of the role.
  • Work flexibly across morning and night shifts.

Education and qualifications

A bachelor’s degree is preferred. Candidates must at least hold a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
