What you'll be doing
- Handle customer enquiries and service requests through call, email, chat, and other relevant channels, making sure issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
- Take ownership of complex matters, including complaints and escalated cases, from the first response through to closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams on escalated issues to support fast, accurate, and high-quality resolution.
- Work toward both individual and team performance targets.
- Protect customer confidentiality and safeguard bank data at all times.
- Adhere to approved communication standards, procedures, and policy guidelines.
- Carry out any other job-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in a call centre or contact centre setting.
- Experience in financial services, including banking or insurance, is considered an advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, along with good interpersonal skills.
- Capable of juggling multiple tasks, setting priorities, and managing time well.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
