Position Overview
We are hiring two permanent Customer Service Officers: one full-time and one part-time. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service by addressing residents’ queries, resolving their concerns promptly, and fostering positive interactions across various communication channels including phone, email, webchat, and face-to-face.

- Deliver superior customer assistance and resolve issues efficiently.
- Engage effectively with residents through multiple platforms.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy in customer interactions.
- Manage cash handling duties securely and accurately.
- Utilize strong computer and organizational skills.
- Build relationships with diverse stakeholders using outstanding interpersonal abilities.
Employment Details and Benefits
- Positions available: 1 full-time (76 hours per fortnight) and 1 part-time (45 hours per fortnight).
- Full-time employees may opt for a nine-day fortnight.
- Competitive annual salary ranging from $82,892 to $88,095 (pro-rata for part-time), with superannuation up to 17% (conditions apply), effective July 12, 2026.
- Five weeks of annual leave, pro-rated for part-time staff.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar customer service role demonstrates a dedication to service excellence.
- Professional demeanor combined with empathy and strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Competent in administrative tasks and computer applications.
- Experience with cash handling procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills to cultivate stakeholder relationships.
- Positive attitude and robust work ethic.
- A recent National Police Clearance (within the last three months) will be required before appointment, though not necessary initially.
